Site Visits - We understand that you wish to visit our site but it may be difficult. You may ask your parents or relatives who reside in Pune to visit the site on your behalf. we will offer them pick up and drop any point in Pune (including the airport) to the site and back 2. E-Booking - On finalizing the Apartment of your choice, you can reserve your dream home by booking from any place in the world by way of e-transfer ( Rs. 5,00,000/-) to our bank account in Pune. This booking amount is refundable by deducting a cancellation charges of Rs. 25,000/- if you wish to make a cancellation . 3. Outstation Pick-up and drop - We will arrange to pick up from Pune Airport and drop you to your home after site visit.A well trained driver with a car will be available , you will have to pay a nominal charge in advance, however if you book a home with us , the amount will be refunded. 4. Finance services - Our project is approved by more than 12 Banks which include nationalised as well as private both , so you may choose any one of them or if you wish to go with your own Bank we can provide you all the necessary legal documents. 5. Progress of work - We will always be in constant touch with you regarding Construction progress. Our demand note will be sent to you with Progress certificate and actual site Photographs via e-mail.
